Our offices
We have eight offices available to rent from small to large, that can accommodate up to 12 people. All our offices are fully furnished, have air-conditioning, as well as access to a co-working lounge area and communal kitchen.

When will the Health Business Innovation Centre open?
The Centre is scheduled to open in early March 2026. While office and lab space will not be available until then, we encourage anyone interested to get in touch now, as we anticipate high interest in the space.

What sizes of offices and labs are available?
We offer a range of fully furnished offices and customisable labs in various sizes from 2-12 people – suitable for microbusinesses through to small teams. Please get in touch to discuss current availability.
Can I customise the lab space?
Yes, labs can be tailored depending on your technical or research needs. We’ll work with you to understand your requirements and help adapt the space accordingly.

I’m interested in a lab/office at the new Health Business Innovation Centre but I need to move before 2026. Is there anywhere else I can have a lab/office in the interim?
Health and wellbeing businesses interested in taking a lab or office at the new Health Business Innovation Centre, will have the opportunity to rent temporary space at the 3M BIC, subject to availability, until they are able to move into the new building in 2026.
The 3M BIC is based next to the University of Huddersfield’s main campus and provides, small to large offices and labs, office/ lab combos, meeting and event space, as well as technology and expertise for product development. Check out our website for more.

Is there car parking available at the Health Business Innovation Centre?
Parking is available at Southgate Car Park next to the Emily Siddon Building. Spaces are limited and it is operated via the RingGo app. The Campus is within walking distance of Huddersfield train station and additional car parks are located nearby. Find out more here.
